Privacy.

Diamond Sunrise Press collects only what is needed to run the publishing house and the storefront. This page describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

Submissions

When you submit a manuscript we store your email, name, optional pen name, country, bio, working title, synopsis, comparable titles, proposed categories, claimed word count, and rights assertion, along with the files you upload. We hash your IP address (we do not store the raw address) so we can recognize abuse without identifying you.

Retention is as follows. Files for submissions we reject are deleted 90 days after the decision. Files for needs-info submissions are deleted 180 days after the most recent decision. Files for accepted submissions are retained indefinitely. Files for withdrawn submissions are deleted within 24 hours of withdrawal. Submission rows survive for audit even after files are purged.

Orders

When you place an order through Stripe Checkout we store your email (so we can email you a receipt and download links), name (if you provide one), and the items you bought. Payment information is held by Stripe and never touches our servers. Order rows are retained indefinitely for accounting.

Cookies

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The platform sets a session cookie only for the editor sign-in flow. Cloudflare Turnstile sets a small bot-check cookie on our submission and contact forms.
